Terms of service
These terms govern use of the BubbleText editor, cloud projects and paid subscriptions.
Your content
You retain ownership of artwork, scripts and exports you create or upload. You grant BubbleText only the permission needed to store cloud projects and provide the service.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to use uploaded content. Do not use the service for unlawful material, abuse, malware or attempts to interfere with the product.
Subscriptions
Creator and Pro plans are billed monthly in USD through PayPal and renew until canceled. The price, billing frequency and PayPal approval screen are shown before you subscribe. You can manage the payment method or cancel from your PayPal automatic payment settings.
Plan access
Paid features are activated after PayPal confirms the subscription. Access may be suspended or returned to the Free plan after cancellation, expiration, reversal or subscription suspension.
Availability
We work to keep projects available, but recommend retaining exports and original artwork. Beta features may change as the product improves.
Refunds
If the service materially fails to provide paid access, contact the product owner with your billing email so the issue can be reviewed. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
