Terms of service
These terms govern use of the BubbleText editor, cloud projects, client review links and paid subscriptions.
Your content
You retain ownership of artwork, scripts and exports you create or upload. You grant BubbleText only the permission needed to store cloud projects, publish review proofs you request and provide the service.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to use uploaded content. Do not use the service for unlawful material, abuse, malware or attempts to interfere with the product.
Client review links
Review links are bearer links: anyone who receives the complete link can open its current frozen proof and submit feedback. Each publication creates a new proof revision, and feedback remains associated with the revision on which it was submitted. You are responsible for sharing links with intended reviewers and revoking them when access is no longer needed. Reviewers must provide accurate, lawful comments and must not submit confidential information that is unrelated to the proof.
Subscriptions
Creator and Pro plans are billed monthly in USD through PayPal and renew until canceled. The price, billing frequency and PayPal approval screen are shown before you subscribe. You can manage the payment method or cancel from your PayPal automatic payments settings.
Plan access
Paid features are activated after PayPal confirms the subscription. Free, Creator and Pro currently include up to 5, 30 and 100 cloud project versions. Creator includes one active client review link and Pro includes five. AI translation allowances reset monthly. Access may be suspended or returned to the Free plan after cancellation, expiration, reversal or subscription suspension.
Availability
We work to keep projects, version history and active review proofs available, but version limits may prune older cloud checkpoints and history is not a substitute for retaining exports and original artwork. Expired or revoked links are unavailable, and beta features may change as the product improves.
Refunds
If the service materially fails to provide paid access, contact the product owner with your billing email so the issue can be reviewed. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
