Privacy policy
BubbleText is designed so everyday editing stays on your device. This policy explains when data leaves your browser.
Local editing
Images, scripts, face detection and unsynced projects are processed in your browser. We do not receive that content merely because you use the editor.
AI translation
Dialogue text, character names and the selected source and target languages are sent to our configured AI provider only when an eligible user clicks AI translate. Artwork is not included in that request. Translation requests are sent with provider-side response storage disabled; the provider may still process operational data under its API data policies.
Accounts
When you sign in, we receive your name and email address so we can maintain your plan, allowances and project ownership.
Cloud projects
Artwork and project data are uploaded only after you choose Save cloud. Cloud content is stored to provide cross-device restoration and is not used to train AI models.
Payments
Recurring payments are currently processed by PayPal. BubbleText stores provider identifiers, the selected plan and subscription status, but never receives or stores your complete card or bank account number.
Product analytics
We record basic product events such as editor opens, exports and checkout starts. These events help us improve the product and do not contain your artwork or script text.
Deletion and contact
You may request account or cloud-project deletion by contacting the product owner through the email associated with this site. Subscription payment methods and cancellation are available from PayPal automatic payment settings.
